*******Halle Berry had to break up a fight between her boyfriend Olivier Martinez and photographers at the L.A. International Airport. Martinez is tired of being hounded by photographers while he is out with Berry. Last Thanksgiving, he beat up Halle's baby daddy. The fight left Model Gabriel Aubry with a black eye, broken ribs and a police investigation. No charges filed in that case.

*********Smokey Robinson has signed with a new record label, Verve/Universal which is chaired by Musician/Producer David Foster, with plans to record a new duet album. Smokey has written classics for Mary Wells, Marvin Gaye and The Temptaions, to name few. On his new CD Duets, Robinson will duet on classic songs he has written, performed or both. Smokey follows in the footsteps of fellow ex-Motowner Lionel Richie. Richie's duet album gave him a number one album after nearly 30 years. Smokey's CD is due out this fall.
********In addition to his TV Land show The Soul Man and his new hosting duties on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Cedric The Entertainer will be lending his voice to the animated movie Planes. The movie comes out Aug 9th. The award winning film Django Unchained comes out on DVD April 16th, The Quentin Tarantino movie stars Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington and Christoph Waltz, who won an Oscar for his role as the bounty hunter. Miley tweeted her fans the link, promising that her new music is "coming soon," and offering up "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks" to tide them over. *********Good things are happening for Brian Banks. Banks, if you recall, unfortunately served 5 years in prison for a rape he didn’t commit. However, on Wednesday, 10 months after his release that followed a California judge throwing out his conviction, Banks learned he’ll be wearing an Atlanta Falcons uniform. As he signed the contract, he wore a sweatshirt that showed a California license plate that said “XONR8.” “
