What a brave decision. Actress Angelina Jolie is revealing she has undergone a preventive double mastectomy. In a "New York Times" op-ed piece, the shared her she decision to have the surgery after finding out she is a carrier of the BRCA1 cancer gene. Jolie says doctors told her she had an 87-percent chance of developing breast cancer. Her mother battled cancer for nearly ten years and died at the age of 56.

Here is what's happening in the entertainment world.... **********According to reports, Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to 3 months in prison for failing to pay taxes on about $1 million in earnings. The Associated Press reports that in a statement to the judge, she expressed that she had the intention of paying the taxes, but due to a period of time where she wasn't involved with the music business, she was unable to. AP also reports that Hill had paid over $970,000 to satisfy state and federal tax liabilities, according to her attorney. She has also been sentenced to 3 additional months of home confinement. ***********Lil Kim is facing a $15 million dollar lawsuit by her former business associate, Andrew Ro. Ro is suing the rapper for allegedly interfering with numerous endorsement deals. Apparently, last year Lil Kim - born Kimberly Jones - signed a deal with Ro's company, International Rock Star Corp, with the intention of developing a number of new products. According to documents obtained by TMZ.com, Ro claims working with Kim was difficult because Kim allegedly would not show up at meetings unless she was being paid extra. Once a product was in development, Kim supposedly would not promote it. Lil Kim eventually severed ties with Ro and filed a $1 million dollar lawsuit against him. Kim's lawsuit claims Ro and her former lawyer Sunny Barkats cheated her out of various endorsement deals *********Justin Timberlake fans may have to wait less than they expected to hear the second part of The 20/20 Experience. Part Two of the star's recent comeback album was rumored to drop in November, according to collaborator QuestLove of The Roots. But on Sunday, Timberlake took to Twitter to post a photo of himself in the studio, along with a handwritten sign reading "The 20/20 Experience, 2 of 2, September 30th."

This summer, TLC fans will be able to get crazy, sexy, cool, with the announcement of a comeback gig. Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas and Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins, haveannounced their first show infour years, which will take place at the Mixtape Festival this July, in Hershey Pennsylvania, reports NME. According to NME, the girls were considering touring with a hologram of their late bandmate and friend, Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes. Chilli told Metro, "The hologram is something we talked about and thought about years ago, obviously timing is everything but we're definitely talking about it." Will they use a hologram Left Eye for their upcoming performance this summer? The Mixtape Festival will take place July 26-27 at Hersheypark Stadium. Other artsts expected to perform are New Kids on the Block, Hanson, and Boyz II Men.
